How do I read and download my card statement?
Where can I access statements?
Statements are available in the OKX app under Card → Statements. You will get email notification for each statement.
What does New Balance mean?
New Balance is the account's outstanding balance at the statement snapshot. Pending purchases are not included in the outstanding balance.
What does Minimum Payment Due mean?
Minimum Payment Due is the amount you need to pay for the statement. Because OKX Card is a charge card, the Minimum Payment Due is equal to the outstanding balance. .
Protected amounts under billing-error investigation are not included.
When is my final payment date?
Your payment due date is the date your statement is issued, and your full statement balance is due each billing period. Your final payment date (‘Payment Date’) is 21 days after your statement is issued — you have until then to make your payment before OKX liquidates your Reserve Balance to settle any amount still due.
What are Credit Limit and Available Credit?
Credit Limit is the total value of the supported stablecoins backing your card at the time of the snapshot. It includes both the funds available for new purchases and the funds already reserved for previous purchases.
Credit Limit = Available Credit + Reserved Balance.
Available credit is the amount you can use for new card purchases. It is backed by supported stablecoins in your Pay account that are available and authorized for card use.
Reserved balance is the stablecoins set aside as collateral for previous card purchases. While reserved, these funds cannot be used for new purchases or withdrawn. This is why your available credit can be lower than your credit limit.
When a purchase is authorized, your available credit decreases and your reserved balance increases. If you repay with USD, the corresponding reserved stablecoins are released and your available credit increases. If you repay using reserved stablecoins, including through Autopay, your reserved balance decreases but your available credit does not increase.
